A very special luxurious eco house situated in the Sussex countryside of Lewes, complete with nine acres of private woodland and meadowland serves as the setting for this magical weekend of Yoga, meditation, natural health and movement techniques to take away with you, workshops, time spent in nature, rest and relaxation, and delicious vegetarian superfood dinners cooked fresh every day. An opportunity to learn more about yourself, your health, and become immersed in a world of wellbeing, learning, inspiration and relaxation for the weekend.
David & Emma are experienced teachers, therapists and retreat hosts, and work to ensure each guest gets the very most out of their stay, and leaves feeling rejuvenated, revitalised, and full of inspiration.
Each day you’ll experience: Morning Yoga / Movement / Stretching classes, healthy brunch, daily activities and workshops and your own free time, healthy afternoon tea, evening Yoga classes, and dinner. Additional therapies and consultations are available to book throughout your stay, as well as specially made smoothies, artisan iced tea, and organic wine. Join Emma Newlyn (Yoga teacher, therapist and published writer) and David Croft (Moving Stretch trainer, functional movement specialist and therapist) for a special workshop giving you the tools to be the best version of you this new year!
You’ll learn effective stretching exercises and Yoga sequences you can take home for yourself, as well as breathing techniques and meditation tips to relieve stress and anxiety. You’ll also learn about fascia (connective tissue that determines your strength, flexibility and mobility) and why it’s so important, and some of the most simple yet effective ways to kick start your health and wellbeing naturally.
Everyone who attends the workshop leaves with a 10-point plan giving you the best bits of everything we cover, and exclusive discount codes to use for products like skincare, supplements, superfoods and meditation tools.

Join Emma Newlyn (RYT500 Yoga teacher, therapist, writer, recipe creator and musician) and David Croft (Moving Stretch trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist & Reiki practitioner) for a week of feel-good movement, mouth-watering food, good company and sunshine in Ibiza.
Morning outdoor Yoga sessions are followed by a healthy, wholesome brunch, with plenty of options to choose from and lots of healthy ingredients. The rest of the day is free to sunbathe, swim, walk to the near-by beach, hike to the near-by caves, hire a car or moped and travel around the island, or book a therapy session with Emma or David. Massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, 1-2-1 Walking Massage + Assisted Stretching sessions, or private Functional Range Mobility sessions are available to book throughout your stay.
Late afternoon we offer a Moving Stretch, Natural Movement or Restorative Yoga session, and the evenings consist of a healthy home made dinner together (at an extra cost of 12 euros – meals can be paid for per-day, and we will venture out for a meal together one evening). Superfood smoothies are available every day for 4 euros each, as well as cut price alcohol of an evening.
Whether you’re in need of some TLC, sunshine and relaxation, or you want to get your body moving again and re-set your health and wellbeing, this week-long getaway has something for everyone.

After a highly successful Winter workshop, we’re very excited to invite you to the follow-up Move Into Spring session.
Join Emma Newlyn (5oohr RYT and Brighton Yoga Festival Manager) and David Croft (Moving Stretch Instructor and therapist) for this two-hour immune-boosting and endorphin – releasing session. A one-hour moving stretch session designed to free and detox the body is followed by a restorative yoga class to calm the mind and nervous system.
You’ll learn effective resistance-stretching practices, breathing patterns, natural movement, functional range conditioning techniques, tips on improving digestive health, and ways to fully calm and relax the body. We finish with a free specially made healthy snack to help you enter into Spring feeling your best.
